Using Unigraphics® CAD software, we generate an electronic "solid" model of the component to be produced. The solid model can be developed from another electronic file, a blueprint, sketches, or a machined model.

This electronic version of the part is completely three-dimensional and can be rotated or tilted just as if the physical piece were in-hand. Multiple components can be "assembled" to check for interference.

Our strategic partners can inexpensively convert our electronic model of the component to a real physical part within a few days. Although the electronic model is an excellent tool for visualization, we have found that handling an actual piece part always spurs improvements.
